Hello all,
it has been some time since I have posted and this update will also be brief!
There has been a lot going on, apart from the Xmas break (and testing the GFX100!).
So the good news first and that is I made the Top 101 images in the International Landscape Photographer of the Year 2019!
Really thrilled to make it again, 3 years in a row now and very surprised but also very grateful to have made it. This year, there were 3403 entries from 840 entrants and the standard of imagery was simply stunning!
See all the winning images here. Be sure to bookmark this page when you click on the link as the book will be released featuring all Top 101 images and the book is an absolute must if you like your landscape photography - great gift idea too!
I mentioned I had a play with Fujifilm's Megapixel Monster the GFX100?! Although I had the beast in my possession for a couple of days (whilst driving to Perth from Carnarvon) I did get 3 hours of shooting from a Helicopter in. Would have preferred better shooting conditions than I had (not as successful mission as I'd hoped) but this camera is incredible!

There will be an article/ write up that will be released internationally very soon, I will share the links upon release.
That is all for now (I did say it would be brief!). Hope you are all doing very well and your photographic journey is full of fun and that you are getting many opportunities to get out and shoot!
Thanks for reading
Mat
